How can I improve my emotional health?

 

I am outlining the following ways to improve emotional health here: Gaining fitness by doing exercise via zumba dance class or yoga exercises (body) and meditation (mind). First, try to recognize your emotions and understand why you are having them. Sorting out the causes of sadness, stress and anxiety in your life can help you manage your emotional health.
